Collete English Dixon, Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate
Collete English Dixon is the Executive Director of the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate at Roosevelt University. She has more than 30 years in investment management with a focus on commercial real estate investing. Prior to her current role at Roosevelt University, she was Executive Director - Transactions for PGIM Real Estate (formerly known as PREI), a business unit of Prudential Financial, and co-leader of PREI’s national investment dispositions program.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of Marcus & Millichap, Inc., a member of the Board and Chair of the Investment Committee for the Housing Partnership Equity Trust, a member of the Board of Directors for Broadstone Real Estate Access Fund and a member of its Audit and Governance committees, a member of the Advisory Board for Waterton Associates, LLC, a member of the Board of Directors for Community Investment Corporation-Chicago and the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation. She is also a Global Governing Trustee and member of the Americas Executive Committee of ULI.

Janet Protas, SVP Multifamily, Conor Commercial Real Estate
Ms. Protas has over 25 years of real estate experience with a focus on urban development in high-barrier-to-entry markets. She has been involved with the development and/or operation of over twenty million square feet of high-rise residential, retail and office space, valued at over $4 billion.
As SVP - Multifamily for Conor Commercial Real Estate, Ms. Protas’ is currently charged with building and overseeing Conor’s national multifamily development platform.
Ms. Protas holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas. Ms. Protas is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, where she is past-Chair of the national Urban Revitalization Council.
Andrew Philipsborn, President of The Philipsborn Company
Andrew I. Philipsborn is President of The Philipsborn Company, a privately held commercial mortgage banking firm in Chicago, Illinois which dates back to 1925. The Philipsborn Company originates, structures, and place commercial debt and equity with a variety of institutional lender including correspondent life insurance companies, banks, Wall Street conduits, multifamily agencies, as well as private capital.
Philipsborn is a former director of the Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association and former chair of its Commercial Finance Group. He is a licensed Illinois real estate managing broker, and an associate member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate (AIRE).
